We deliver our products primarily to Switzerland . We also ship to Germany, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, and Austria .

• Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.
  

• Delivery time: Switzerland: approx. 2–3 business days. Neighboring countries (DE, FR, IT, LI, AT): approx. 4–8 business days.
  

• Shipping service provider: Depending on the destination region, shipping is carried out via Swiss Post, DHL or comparable logistics partners.
  

• Shipping costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process and displayed at checkout.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you ever be dissatisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions:

• Return period: Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  

• Conditions: Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging .
  

• Process: Please contact us in advance by email to register your return. We will then provide you with the return address and further information.
  

• Return costs: The shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer unless the goods were damaged or delivered incorrectly.
